Guides des Baronnies is a small French team of experienced Ski Instructors & Mountain Guides (IUAGM International qualified) operating in CHAMONIX MONT-BLANC, COURMAYEUR, SERRE-CHEVALIER, ESPACE DIAMANT at Notre Dame de Bellecombe, MEGEVE, St GERVAIS and CONTAMINES MONTJOIE.

Fluent in English.

25 years teaching/guiding experience in the Alpes with a thorough knowledge of snow and mountain activities.

PRIVATE SKI TUITION-GUIDING

Individuals, friends or family for full day, weekend or whole week coaching in private lessons, ski or snowboard.

Our aim is to bring a personal approach to teach and guide with a top quality service.

OFFPISTE FREERIDE

Alpine skiing, boarding, freeride, ski touring, Chamonix, Vallée Blanche, Grands Montets, Swiss or Italian side offers a wide choice of runs and spectacular views.

HELISKI

Heliski-ing/Heliboarding

Experience a freedom unlike any other !
Our " 3 Bladed Taxi " will fly us to immaculate slopes.
The dream begins here…

One or several drops in Italy or Swiss.

Each participant is equipped with an ARVA (avalanche Transceiver) and in addition your Guide carries a back pack containing rescue material.

SKI TOURING - Backcountry

Ski touring is by far the most efficient way to ski the alpine mountains Taking you far away from the crowds off the pistes into remote alpine valleys and over peaks and cols…

When going uphill, you use 'skins', which stick to the bottom of your skis and stop you sliding back. Going downhill is hopefully a series of beautiful turns!

Optimum safety is always our top priority.

For one day, weekend or whole week, if you like walking, you will enjoy skiing wild open spaces.
