ROCK CLIMBING
For discovery for the first time the activity or for climbers who want to improve skills and techniques for climbing more difficult routes, during half day, day or course of 5 half day, we’ll teach you with privately how to get the right filling with the rock
Equipment : climbing shoes, harness and helmet will be supplied by the instructor.
CANYONING
Walk, slide, rappel and jump down rocks or little waterfalls into warm tranquil pools. Our local canyon covers every aspect of the sport and makes a great introduction. Our professional guides, detailed instruction and top of the line equipment help you unlock the challenges and thrills of Provence’s best canyons.
HIKING RIVER
Much more easier than canyoning, you will discover the nature during a walk thought a gorge river with nice splash in small natural pools, a pleasure when it’s too warm during the day. Great fun garanty !

VIA FERRATA
The history of Via Ferrata (literally Iron Way) starts with the first world war. Via Ferrata were constructed in the Dolomites regions to allow easy access for the Italian troops and provided them supremacy for defence and attack.. Over the years, Via Ferrata have been upgraded and new ones constructed for recreational purposes.
With a professional guiding you, allowing the average man, woman or child from the street the opportunity to reach higher and further than they ever thought possible! All equipment is provided and you are securely attached to a cable which guides you along and up the precipitous edge of the mountain to the summit. The views are awesome !
